Game Review: Heat at Raptors

Review Written by Adam Garfield (@AdamThe6God)

Toronto had a slow start to the game, but Jonas Valanciunas and Serge Ibaka combined for 11 points, which accounted for more than half of the team's points. Heat guard Wayne Ellington made two three-pointers in the quarter coming off the bench. Ellington wasn't Toronto's main focus, but he proved he should have later in the game. The Raptors trailed 21-22.

DeMar DeRozan (#NBAVote) scored 6 points in the 2nd quarter, but his performance was cancelled out because of the defense the Raptors played. Toronto was outscored by 9 points, and they allowed Miami's Goran Dragic to about 12 points. Without Kyle Lowry's presence, Toronto struggled in play-making and defending. The Raptors were 10 points behind the Heat, the score being 51-41.
