It?s F?tbol Friday on Chat with Chelsea Renee. Today we are discussing a historic moment for women?s soccer and Ayiti Ch?rie, a country that has endured a lot historically.? Haiti?s Women?s National Football (Soccer) Team is headed to the Women?s World Cup for the first time in history in 2023. With impressive wins against Senegal and Chile in February, Haiti?s women?s team made history for its country and team. Haiti is near and dear to my heart because part of my family is Haitian.  Australia and New Zealand are hosts of the 2023 Women?s World Cup. This tournament will feature 32 teams, eight more than the previous tournament.  Haiti has a tough group to play in the 2023 Women?s World Cup group stage, with Group D including England, China, and Denmark.  Haiti competes in the CONCACAF Confederation and is controlled by the F?d?ration Ha?tienne de Football. The head coach is Nicolas Del?pine, with assistants Kevin Coma, Erwan Huet, and Baptiste Frenoy.  The current roster of Les Grenadieres *Most players play club football in America, France, and Haiti.
