Toronto started off strong as Serge Ibaka dropped 10 points within the first 7 minutes of the game. OG Anunoby was on fire from behind the arc, knocking down 3 three-pointers. With 4:44 remaining in the 1st quarter, DeMar DeRozan threw an over-the-shoulder no look pass to Anunoby, who nailed the shot. Washington was led by Marcin Gortat's 6 points. Toronto led 34-27 after one.
