5 Oddest Stadium Snacks

From claims of the biggest burger to the longest corn dog, stadiums develop unique eats to stand out. Here are the five oddest ballpark foods that we have found:

#5 - Churro Dog

If you walk through sections 114, 123, or 315 next time you are at Chase Field, make sure to keep an eye out for the Churro Dog cart. This treat is a warm churro on a doughnut bun, topped with frozen yogurt, whipped cream and both caramel and chocolate sauces. While indulging in one will not set you back more than $10, it will however, set you back over 1,000 calories. Since the average beer is about 150 calories for a 12-ounce serving, you can either have a Churro Dog or just over six beers. --"I'll take the six beers." D.J.

# 4 - Pulled Pork Parfait

This unique eat is available at Miller Park. This parfait is not your typical parfait. It is layers of mashed potatoes and pulled pork and topped with gravy and chives. This parfait is so popular, it even has a twitter account dedicated to it. The best part? It comes in under $10 dollars a pop so it is an affordable ballpark treat! 

#3 - Deviled Eggs on a Bacon Stick 

Comerica Park is the only place you can get this unique eat. What you get is three deviled eggs that are topped with fried jalapeno slices sitting atop an extra thick slice of bacon. I don't know about everyone, but when I think ballpark eats, deviled eggs are not the first thing to come to mind. That is why it earned a spot on this list. 

#2 - Rocky Mountain Oysters 

If you want to taste this unique eat, you can get it at obscure restaurants or head to Coors Field. My first thought when I heard about Coors Field offering oysters, was that I was confused because Colorado isn't exactly near the ocean. Then I realized what Rocky Mountain Oysters were. For those who don't know, they are battered and fried, sliced bull testicles. Not many people indulge in this treat, but those who do are the reason they have been served here since 1995.

#1 - Toasted Grasshoppers 

Next time you are at Safeco Field make sure to stop at The Pen behind the outfield wall and get your chili-lime grasshoppers. This is the first year they are being served so none of the Stadium Scene staff has yet to try them. These are selling for $4.00 a bowl so if you get a chance and have the taste for something different, this is a great option. They've become so popular, that they've had to put a cap on how many they sell per game.
