Stadium Information

About Daytona International Speedway:

Opening in 1959, Daytona International Speedway is best known for hosting the kickoff of the NASCAR season, the Daytona 500. Known as the Super Bowl of Motor Sports, this event brings people far and wide each year. Be sure to check out other exciting racing events throughout the year.

Tour Info:

Two main tours are offered, The Speedway and the All Access Tour. Both tours end up with access to the museum at the end. For more information and to check the calendar, please visit the tour site.

Security Screenings:

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy:

One soft-sided bag no longer than 17" or soft-sided cooler larger than 14" x 14" x 14" may be brought into the track.  All bags subject to search before entry.

Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

Free parking is available, but varies based on the event. Please visit Daytona International Speedway Parking for more information.

We're setting up a partnership with a new parking company. Stay tuned for more details!

Bus Service:

There are a variety of bus lines that service the track. Please visit Votran for more information or to plan your trip.

Rail Service:

There does not appear to be any rail service to this track.

Taxi & Rideshare Service:

Taxis cannot drop off visitors at the infield. Drop off is located near Bill France Blvd. and International Speedway Blvd. or via Gate 40 off of Williamson Blvd. After the race you can be picked up in the Kmart plaza or the Daytona Beach Airport.
