About Kansas Speedway
Opening in 2001, the Kansas Speedway hosts two NASCAR race weekends. The Verizon IndyCar Series stopped holding events at the Kansas Speedway in 2011. The NASCAR timing and scoring use a distance off 1.5 miles track length, while IndyCar used a timing and scoring track length of 1.52 miles.

Fan Tips
Talladega Superspeedway delivers some of the fastest and most unpredictable racing in motorsports, known for pack racing and dramatic finishes.
Located in Talladega, Alabama, the track is primarily accessed by car and rideshare.
Grandstand seating provides sweeping views of the massive superspeedway.
Concessions include traditional fare throughout the venue.
Camping and tailgating are a central part of the experience, creating one of the largest race-weekend atmospheres in the sport.
Security Screenings
Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium. Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside. Pat down searches may be required.
Bag Policy
One soft-sided bag AND one soft-sided cooler no larger than 14" x 14" x 14" may be brought into the track. All bags subject to search before entry.
