Stadium Information

About Providence Park:

The grounds date back to 1893 as Multnomah Field. The stadium itself opened in 1926 and has hosted a variety of football and baseball events. Not until a renovation that was completed in 2011 did soccer become the main fixture here.

Tour Info:

Tours must be scheduled one week in advance with group sizes up to 30 people. For more information, please visit the tour site.

Security Screenings:

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy:

All bags larger than 14"x14"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.  All bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

There are three lots with three garages within a very short walk of the stadium. Pricing may vary based on day and event.

We're setting up a partnership with a new parking company. Stay tuned for more details!

Bus Service:

15, 18, 61, and 63 bus lines have stops near the stadium. Please visit TriMet to plan your trip or for more information.

Rail Service:

Providence Park MAX Station (Red and Blue lines) drops off right across the street from the stadium. Please visit TriMet to plan your trip or for more information.

30,000 fans can't be wrong. In and out in 10 minutes, lots of food and drink options. Staff was smooth, like they've been doing this for years. Great job!!
