Stadium Information

About Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse:

Once known as Gund Arena and Quicken Loans Arena (The Q) opened in 1994 directly next door to brand new Jacob's Field (later known as Progressive Field). It recently hosted Cleveland's first basketball championship, led by LeBron James.

Tour Info:

There doesn't appear to be any public tour offerings at this time.

Security Screenings:

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy:

All bags larger than 14"x14"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.  All bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

There are several parking lots in the downtown Cleveland area. Just be prepared to walk, depending on where you park. If there is an event at Progressive Field the East Garage will only accept parking passes purchased in advance.

We're setting up a partnership with a new parking company. Stay tuned for more details!

Bus Service:

Cleveland does have bus service, but they do push taking the Rapid Transit instead. If you do choose to the take bus, find a line that gets off at Tower City.

Rail Service:

Take the Rapid Transit Rail to the Tower City Station and get dropped off within walking distance. There is a covered walk-way so you don't get lost. You can take the Red, Blue, or Green line to get there.

Taxi & Rideshare Service:

There does not appear to be a specific taxi stand area.

Closest Major Airport: Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)
