Stadium Information

About TD Garden:

Opening in 1995, this dual purpose stadium located on the northside of downtown Boston has been the home of multiple championships and the infamous clinching "17 second" comeback by the Chicago Blackhawks in the 2013 Stanley Cup. Finals.

Tour Info:

There doesn't appear to be any public tour offerings at this time.

Security Screenings:

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy:

Backpacks, oversized bags, and suitcases are prohibited.  All bags are subject to search.

Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

The North Station garage is shared with commuters, but they do offer a flat rate for parking that tends to be very expensive. It's highly recommended to take public transportation or a cab if possible.

We're setting up a partnership with a new parking company. Stay tuned for more details!

Bus Service:

Very limited bus service available around the TD garden. It's recommended to take the rail transportation to the North Station.

Rail Service:

North Station appears to be the central hub for all rail to the stadium. The Green and Orange lines both have stops at the stadium and the red and blue can connect to the green line nearby. Please see the MBTA website to plan your trip.

Taxi & Rideshare Service:

The taxi stand and drop off point is located on Causeway St, just in front of the stadium.

Closest Major Airport: Boston Logan International Airport (BOS)

There were definitely some pros and cons to this arena, but overall, I'd say this place was great for a concert. We came to see Dua Lipa and upon entering...

I understand food and drink prices will be inflated at a concert or game venue but $19 dollars for a sun cruiser is insane. A regular hot do for $10. Just...
