About Talladega Superspeedway
Opening in 1969, this track was formerly known as the Alabama International Motor Speedway. The Talladega Superspeedway hosts The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series races including the GEICO 500 and the Hellmann's 500, which are both 188 laps, which is the equivalent to 500.08 miles.

There is a Sunday Pre-Race Pit Pass available for $50 where you will have access to pit road where you can watch the pits be prepared for the race and see the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers, team owners, and officials at the Drivers' Meeting.
You can also purchase a Pre-Race Pit Pass Upgrade for $75, where you will get everything provided in the $50 pass and also have access to a driver Q & A session and you will get up-close to the Driver Introductions at the start-finish line.

Security Screenings
Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium. Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside. Pat down searches may be required.
Bag Policy
You may enter with a backpack no longer than 17" or a soft-sided cooler no larger than 14"x 14"x 14". All bags are subject to inspections.
