About Road America

Elkhart Lake's Road America is a 14 turn track sits on 640 wooded acres in northern Wisconsin. In addition to hosting races, the track is also known for go karting, motorcycle racing, and hosting driving school events.

Tour Info

There is no official tour of this track, but it does operate as a driving school. There are various programs available where you can take a car out on a track driven on by the pros. Please visit their website for more information.

Fan Tips

Road America delivers one of the premier road course experiences in North America, known for its long layout, high speeds, and natural terrain.

Located in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin, the track is primarily accessed by car, with extensive camping and parking options.

Viewing areas include open hillside sections and designated viewing spots throughout the course, allowing fans to move around.

Concessions are available across the property, with a focus on convenience during race weekends.

The large, open layout and camping culture create a full weekend motorsports experience.

Security Screenings

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

There does not appear to be specific rules on bags or coolers. All bags and coolers are subject to search.

All general parking is free as long as you have an event ticket. Preferred parking is available and generally runs about $25 for the event.
