Fan Tips

Saputo Stadium offers one of the more intimate soccer environments in North America, giving CF Montréal a home that feels much more connected to the pitch than a larger multipurpose facility would. The venue’s scale makes the crowd feel close and engaged, especially during bigger rivalry matches.

Located in Montreal’s Olympic Park area, the stadium is accessible by Metro and nearby transit connections, making it easier to reach without relying entirely on a car.

The open-air setting and compact seating design help create a lively, supporter-driven atmosphere that fits the city’s soccer culture well.

Concessions blend traditional stadium items with regional flavors, and the smaller footprint keeps the entire experience efficient and easy to navigate.

After the match, fans can continue on into Montreal’s neighborhoods for food, drinks, and nightlife, which helps make Saputo Stadium part of a fuller city outing.

Security Screenings

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy

All bags larger than 14"x14"x6" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.  All bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Note: Bag and security policies listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variations. Please check the event website for any changes.
