Stadium Information

About Golden 1 Center:

Opening in 2016, this stadium was built partially on the grounds of a former shopping center in a new area called Downtown Commons entertainment district.

Tour Info:

Tours are not available yet. Please visit for future tour information.

Security Screenings:

Like almost all US and Canadian Stadiums, you will need to enter through a metal detector before entering the stadium.  Be sure to give yourself extra time and don't bring any weapons or devices that could be seen as a weapon inside.  Pat down searches may be required.

Bag Policy:

All bags larger than 8"x6"x1" such as backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the arena.  An exception could be made for a bag deemed as an “Medical Bag”. Medical bags must be searched and tagged as such by a security supervisor before entry will be permitted. All bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Note: Bag and security policy listed above are for typical sporting events. Special events, concerts, and other situations may result in variation to the policy. Please check event website for any changes or variation.

Parking & Transportation

Parking Options

There are two garages adjacent to the arena. It's highly recommended that parking is purchased in advance via SacPark.

We're setting up a partnership with a new parking company. Stay tuned for more details!

Bus Service:

L St and 6th St (west bound) or 7th St and K St (south bound) stops are on the grounds of the stadium. Please visit Sac CRT to plan your trip.

Rail Service:

The 8th and K Street Station, 9th and K Street Station, and 10th and K Street Stations are the recommended arrival points. Please visit Sac CRT to plan your trip.

Taxi & Rideshare Service:

It's recommended to be dropped off and picked up away from the stadium. Access the stadium via pedestrian walkways on 5th and J Street, 7th and K Street or 5th and L Street.
